What to Upload:

• Specific cost structure/rates (any proprietary information discussed beforehand)

• Scope Documents/Manufacturer’s scope (if available)

• RFI responses or addenda

• Any other notes or details that impact controls design or estimating

Once your files are received, they are reviewed for:

• Device counts and layout requirements

• Labor Rates

• Integration points and sequence of operations

• Estimating accuracy and cost impacts

• Potential risk and conflicts
